To the Smith Brothers Pharmacy community:

We hope everyone is staying safe and taking adequate precautions as we continue to navigate this unique situation. 

In an effort to ensure we can continue to serve the community by keeping our staff and patients healthy, beginning TODAY, Sunday March 22, we will be open for CURBSIDE PICKUP and LIMITED DELIVERIES ONLY. We will not be allowing customers to enter the store.

 

Currently, we are experiencing an increased volume of phone traffic. In an effort to keep our phone lines open for any urgent calls, we strongly encourage you to use the form posted here or our existing refill systems before calling the store

To schedule a pickup of Prescription and/or Over-The-Counter products we ask you to please complete this online form: Smith Brothers Curbside Pickup Request  - Please note that wait times may vary depending on your order and customer volume.

After you place your order, a staff member will contact you to confirm your order, payment method and provide an arrival window during which you may pick up your order. 

Upon arrival, we ask that you call 856-779-8300 *Option 0 and inform a staff member of the Make/Model/License plate of the vehicle and they will gladly bring your completed order to the car.  Please remain inside your vehicle until our staff member is at least 12 feet away.

 

Please be aware:

  1. We expect to experience delays as we implement these changes, please bear with us

  2. There will be significant changes at points of patient contact, largely surrounding the prescription drop-off/pick-up and payment processes

    1. Credit card payment is MOST PREFERRED (over the phone or internet form)

    2. Personal checks will be accepted from the local area

    3. Cash is discouraged; exact change will be required - No change will be given

  3. We strive to serve the entire community, but will be prioritizing orders of select prescription and Over-The-Counter items to ensure patient health 

  4. Additional policies and procedures will be implemented as needed; Please follow all posted signs to ensure the health and safety of the community.

As a reminder:

  • To limit exposure with the handling of cash, lottery will not be available and we are requesting payments be made with credit cards only (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx). 

  • All sales are final, no refunds, returns or exchange will be accepted.
